One of my grandchildren will be in a play about Elizabeth and Zechariah and Mary and Joseph. Because of that, I shared the story with them as a home school Sunday School since they weren't able to go to church this week. I loved your way of putting it, "This man was silenced - struck dumb - gobsmacked- by the Angel Gabriel" as I explained to my grandchildren that God put Zechariah on a 9 month talking time out. :) Either way you put it, God definitely got Zechariah's attention and I love the way you traced so much back to previous Scriptures. Isn't it awesome how much of the New Testament directly ties in with the Old Testament - something only our Awesome God could have done! Thank you :)Kaye Swainhttp://www.sandwichink.com/merry-christmas-to-all-including-caregivings-progressive-christmas-partynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1341483723976821096.post-32907308718365743432009-12-08T00:39:20.731+00:002009-12-08T00:39:20.731+00:00Enjoyed this so much, Angela--I was just reading t...Enjoyed this so much, Angela--I was just reading the passage you discuss last night (Advent reading, don't you know), and now will go back and read it even more deeply.

Hope you feel better soon!

francesLeft-Handed Housewifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15014518128739580267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1341483723976821096.post-16031837143589636652009-12-07T01:19:32.086+00:002009-12-07T01:19:32.086+00:00a lovely reflection, enjoyed my visita lovely reflection, enjoyed my visitsarah { abeachcottage }http://www.abeachcottage.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1341483723976821096.post-86825654042172247002009-12-06T17:32:08.123+00:002009-12-06T17:32:08.123+00:00Thanks for the comments

I'm singing in the choir for a carols by candlelight service tonight so that will be a good start.ElizabethTnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1341483723976821096.post-41019449783686268042009-12-06T04:04:55.184+00:002009-12-06T04:04:55.184+00:00I'm always so astounded by the wave lengths we...I'm always so astounded by the wave lengths we share.
