Sunday Funday #1

I forgot to post my pictures of the Groby Funday last weekend. The weather was good, and there was a reasonable turnout of people.

Here’s Bob in the Sound Tent watching Steve Price the Illusionist. I can really recommend Mr P if you want a brilliant entertainer for your event. Steve is so gifted! [and I can also recommend Bob if you want brilliant PA too]

 

Steve drills holes in Mother and Daughter – then pours milk through them into a bucket, he saws a lady in half…and loads of other tricks.

Lots of music, including the Worship Band from the Groby URC, and the ‘Groby Sings’ choir

Plus games and activities for children of all ages

…including making these cute clay figures

But now we are really busy getting things organised for the Kirby Muxloe Funday THIS weekend. “Having Fun” means a lot of preparation and hard work [but it is worth it, to build good community life]
