... Says Samuel Pepys,  frequently, in his diary.  My latest effort in dressmaking for Isla the American Girl doll  is a dressing gown and pyjamas. The D.G. was made from the final piece of lilac fleece which I  bought about 10 years ago for a Christmas  project. The pjs  were made from a pair of my pyjamas which I no longer wear. There are loads of free AG patterns out there, and it didn't take long to put this together.  I thought that lining the hood with the butterfly print finished it off nicely.
