You Tell 'Em Rodney!

We went into the bank last Tuesday. There was a table, covered with boxes of baubles and lights and tinsel etc.
And a sign from Dorset Police, saying "Hang Up On Fraudsters"

Do you think they meant us to drape tinsel round the necks of any scammers we encountered, or decorate the dodgy market traders with silver balls?
By the way, thanks for all the great comments on the apostrophe post. We passed a greengrocer's shop in Manchester whose signage was totally free of the "Greengrocer's  Apostrophe". Then I saw the strawberries! Creative spelling at its best.
