Life Is Not A Sprint...

 ...it is a marathon

Thinking especially of Steph and Gaz as they run the Manchester Marathon today.

      Wish I was with you cheering them on. Paul is now heading towards Sale over half way. I am tracking him on the phone.

      We have waved to Steph , Gaz and friend Rob. Now home and Liz has put kettle on. Steph due to finish around 3:35pm.
