Smile, Please!

Last week, a teacher at school said "I am sorry, I should have asked before - what is your name? I can't keep calling you The Smiley Lady Who Comes On Wednesdays!" I was quite touched by this. Much better than being called ‘the Grumpy Old Bat Who Comes In To Do SATs Support’ Smiles are so important. Proverbs 15, in The Message, reads thus

A cheerful heart brings a smile to your face;
a sad heart makes it hard to get through the day

There are some great ‘smile quotes’ out there [some better than others – and apologies that some are a bit ‘girlie’!]

smiles

Here’s two I particularly want to share with you – first, because I am smiling this weekend as my hospital appointment regarding my troublesome wisdom tooth has come through – having been told ‘around the end of 2014’, I rejoice that I am seeing the Consultant during the first week of June – just a month away!

And second – just for you, dear readers…whatever you are going through right now
