This sequence of letters appears in both VERTIgo, and oVERTIred. I suspect being the second is what caused a bout of the first yesterday. So I am taking it easy today. That way I can diVERTI [Italian for 'have fun'] later in the week.
I wonder if it also the weather? My grandmother, a GP before and during WW2 always said barometric pressure had an effect on people. I've been low and sluggish for a few days. Glad you're giving yourself an easy time. You've been so busy!
I hope it isn't too bad and that you get over it quickly with rest. The first time I ever experienced it, I could only crawl on all fours. it was so profound that I called the paramedics!
Hope the vertigo disappears soon. I've been listening to the AA Milne plays on Radio 4, especially the one at 10.45 pm, so I can drift off to sleep. Xx

You are so right! This happens to me too and I know it’s because I have done too much. Take care and let yourself relaaaax. Catriona
