I do know this German phrase – it says No Smoking Please
However I think Bob may be ignoring this instruction in my absence.
I blame Jon, and also the man in our fine village who left an unwanted filing cabinet on the pavement with a sign saying “Free” stuck on the side.
I shall have to wait till I get home to find out what has been going on in the garage.
Should I be expecting the wurst?
Let's hope that on this occasion, there IS smoke without fire!
