We were discussing this in our house yesterday when I said the decorations were coming down. Of course then it got complicated by deciding if Epiphany was part of Christmastide or a season in itself, and which calender we follow, and if we should leave everything up until Candlemas...
Preacher, teacher, wife, mother, grandmother, craftswoman. Married to wonderful Pastor Bob since 1979, now happily retired to Norfolk, but still busy. I am blessed with two brilliant grown-up daughters and four wonderful grand children
And so it ends for another year ... I like having Batman send us on our way!

ReplyDeleteFor the first time ever the house doesn't look bereft without decorations- but rather full of bright and lovely light. It's very nice!
