When we were in Essex the other week, Bob was helping sort through some stuff stored upstairs. He found an amazing collection of beautiful prints, which had belonged to Gillian's grandfather [who died half a century ago] Bob offered to sell these for Auntie Peggy, and add the money raised to the charity giving in memory of Gill.
So now he has set up his own Etsy Shop [HandsomePrintsUK] and is selling them there.
It's a cool shop name, isn't it? Do take a look - they are from a set of teaching materials for apprentice builders. All monies raised will go to the brilliant St Francis Hospice, Havering-atte-bower, Romford - where Gill received such wonderful care in her final days
What a fabulous collection of prints. I hope they will raise plenty of money for the St. Francis Hospice.
ReplyDeleteHappy to sat that since Liz tweeted this afternoon, they are selling really fast
DeleteI'm sure those prints will be snapped up! What a wonderful way to raise funds for the charity in Gill's memory!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great collection of pieces and how lovely to sell them to raise for the hospice (meant to ask if you had a look in their Romford charity shop when you were there as it's a good one or at least it used to be.
ReplyDeleteMy aunt said it was a good shop, but I did not have time to visit!
