Now everyone has had their Christmas gifts, I can finally blog about the stuff I made last year! We usually give a small gift to all those who contribute to the Worship Group at Church each week.
Last year it was ‘musical’ paperclips
I blogged back in the autumn about these bags I was making
These were to contain the gifts – a mug and a ‘musical’ coaster
The coasters were made from some fabric I picked up in Norfolk, printed with musical notes, and backed with felt.
I put the mug and coaster in a crinkly cellophane bag and enclosed it in the outer bag – and I thought they looked very pretty gifts indeed.
What a nice idea. When I read 'musical mat' I had visions of the mat bursting into song when the mug was placed on it.........
