Atishoo!

clip_image002Liz sent me this today.

There is a large document pinned up in the staff room about what to do in the event of a pandemic.

I think they will close the school to pupils - but regular staff have to keep going in or they don't get paid. What I want to know is this...if a teacher contracts flu and is unable to work, can I go in as her Supply Cover and sit in the staffroom and get paid for it?!

  1. Another dozy educational rule?! I remember when we had the sort of snow that closed most schools......not ours, children didnt go, but the staff had to get there, on foot if necessary!
